Mexican Folk Art~RoMy TITLE: "Mercado" (Market) Size: 7" x 7" x 3/4" (hanger already attached) DESCRIPTION This pretty little senorita is off to market to sell her fresh pineapples! Lots of beautiful colours in this charming piece of Mexican/Southwest Folk Art ~ the background is painted gold with a light green wash applied over it which gives it just a hint of green, too. This black-haired senorita is wearing a lovely turquoise blue dress and carrying her prized pineapples as she heads off to market. She has a pair of dangling, gold earrings on, too! This is a great piece of Mexican Folk Art that would add a charming touch of Old Mexico to anyone's casa (home) ~ or office workplace! And what a great opportunity this is for the right buyer to add to his or her collection of Mexican Folk Art! And what a perfect time to start a collection as Mexican Folk Art is quite popular now ~ and increasing in value with time. ABOUT THIS PIECE This Mexican Folk Art painting is an ORIGINAL work of art, brightly painted with acrylics on a smooth, round piece of wood measuring 7" x 7" x 3/4". There is a hanger already attached to the back - when you receive this artwork all you need to do is place it in your special area and enjoy!
